The property is lovely with superb facilities not far from Rialto Bridge/San Marco Basilica, the Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop, and restaurants.

Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available here. It was located in an extremely safe area not far from Rialto Bridge, morning market and Hard Rock and San Marco,.

Great place for traveling to Venice and sightseeing. New-fashioned and huge rooms and a particularly well-equipped bathroom. Perfect check-in and amiable staff. Incredible and amazing position, but very busy region. Located close to Rialto bridge.

Booked this boutique apartment for me and my family, everything was excellent. It was approx 0.5 km from Marco Polo airport.

It's boutique apartment short walk to water bus, and the Rialto bridge, liked it. Employees were amiable and efficient all the time. The location next to an ornate footbridge was incredible.

The bathroom here was a little small.

The location is amazing, right by the Rialto Mercapto water bus station and a few minutes' walk to the Rialto bridge. Shops are nearby. the apartment is lovely with all the necessities. the host was welcoming and provided helpful city maps.

Our stay at Ca' Della Scimmia-The Welcomist In was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly host who gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and provided us with a city map filled with amazing recommendations. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved the little extras in the kitchen, like the espresso coffee machine and selection of coffees. The location couldn't have been better, with the Rialto Bridge just a short walk away. We were also pleasantly surprised by the big elevator and the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment. Despite a few minor issues, such as having to wait for someone to let us into the building and a slight language barrier with the staff, the overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Ca' Della Scimmia-The Welcomist In for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Boutique apartment, amazing location near Venice-a great holiday destination in Italy, the market in the centre and great shops selling the tastiest croissants and coffee. Comfortable experience on holidays.

Location was excellent and amazing, at a medium distance from a grand showpiece square. Everyone was friendly and excellent.

The location was exceptional, just a short walk to the main attractions and public transportation. the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with restaurant bookings and arranging transportation. the apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities and had a comfortable bed.

The noise during the night, especially if your room faced the main street. Another issue was the lack of comfortable seating options in the apartment.

This place was a perfect base for exploring all the popular sites in the area, with a relaxed and chilled-out vibe, and the staff were very efficient.
